Catena-X General Assembly on 18 September 2026, 12 p.m. CEST
Invitations to the Catena-X Extraordinary General Assembly on 18 September 2026 were sent out on 4 August 2026 to all Voting Contacts of Ordinary Members and Primary Contacts of Associate Members
On behalf of the Management Board of the Catena-X Automotive Network e.V., all Voting Contacts of Ordinary Members and all Primary Contacts of Associate Members were invited to the Extraordinary General Assembly which will take place on 18 September 2026 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. CEST.
The invitations via Microsoft Teams were sent on 04 August 2026 at 11.00 p.m. CEST. If your organization’s Voting Contact (Ordinary Members) or Primary Contact (Associate Members) has not received the invitation, please let us know immediately at info@catena-x.net.

Meeting Format
The meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams (as per section 15.3 of the Articles of Association).
You can join from most devices — computer, laptop, and Android tablets or smartphones. Currently, Apple tablets and iPhones are not supported for MS Teams meetings.
Participation & Voting Rights
The Extraordinary General Assembly is open to all Ordinary, Associate, and Silent Members. However, only Ordinary Members have voting rights (per section 14.2 of the Articles of Association).
Each voting member of the Association has provided us with their voting contact upon joining the Association. This voting contact exercises voting rights on behalf of the member organization. All voting contacts will receive a separate email one day prior to the Extraordinary General Assembly with the access data for the voting tool Polyas.
According to Section 16.2 of the Catena-X Articles of Association, Ordinary Members of Catena-X can delegate their voting rights to another Ordinary Member with a written authorization. Please notify us of any transfer of voting rights by using the Power of attorney form by email to info@catena-x.net at least 14 calendar days before the start of the Extraordinary General Assembly, so no later than 4 September 2026, in order to ensure proper technical and organizational preparation.
Requests for Agenda Additions
Requests by Catena-X Association Members to add items to the agenda must be submitted by email to info@catena-x.net at least two weeks before the Extraordinary General Assembly (per section 15.4 of the Articles of Association), so no later than 4 September 2026.
