  • 2025 - The declaration of the battery carbon footprint for batteries over 2kWh becomes mandatory
  • 2027 - A Full Battery Passport is required for batteries over 2 kWh sold in the European Union
  • 2027 and beyond - Further Digital Product Passports are required based on EU regulations, such as ESPR
