Take part in the first international Eclipse Tractus-X Hackathon to Take Place in February 2026 in Spain
The first international Eclipse Tractus-X Hackathon will take place in February 2026 in Spain, bringing together developers and community members to collaborate on open-source solutions for the Catena-X ecosystem.
On 17 February 2026, the first International Eclipse Tractus-X Hackathon will take place at the Hotel Seminario Aeropuerto Bilbao – Spain. The event is aimed at developers, technical experts and community members who want to actively contribute to the further development of Tractus-X open-source components within the Catena-X ecosystem.
The hackathon is designed as a hands-on, community-driven event focusing on real technical challenges. Participants will work collaboratively on concrete development tasks, exchange practical experience and contribute directly to Tractus-X projects. Key topics include components such as the Tractus-X Identity Hub Wallet and extensions within the Industry Core Hub.
A central objective of the hackathon is to generate tangible results that can be incorporated into the ongoing Tractus-X development and upcoming release cycles. By working closely with project maintainers and other contributors, participants will help advance interoperable, open-source solutions for data spaces in industrial value networks.
The International Eclipse Tractus-X Hackathon also offers an opportunity to strengthen collaboration across the Tractus-X and Catena-X communities, foster knowledge sharing and encourage new contributors to engage with the open-source ecosystem.
