On behalf of the Management Board of the Catena-X Automotive Network e.V., all Primary and Voting Contacts were invited to the General Assembly which will take place on April 23, 2026, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. CEST.

The invitations via Microsoft Teams were sent on 18 March 2026 at 3.40 p.m. CET. If any Primary or Voting Contact has not received the invitation, please contact us immediately at info@catena-x.net.

Meeting Format

The meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams (as per section 15.3 of the Articles of Association). You can join via computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. While camera participation is preferred, you may also join without video or by phone. 

 

Participation & Voting Rights 

The General Assembly is open to all ordinary, associate, and silent members. However, only ordinary members have voting rights (per section 14.2 of the Articles of Association). 

Each voting member of the Association has provided us with their voting contact upon joining the Association. This voting contact exercises voting rights on behalf of the member organization. All voting contacts will receive a separate email one day prior to the General Assembly with the access data for the voting tool Polyas. 

According to Section 16.2 of the Catena-X Articles of Association, ordinary members of Catena-X can delegate their voting rights to another ordinary member with a written authorization. Please notify us of any transfer of voting rights by using the  by email to info@catena-x.net at least 7 calendar days before the start of the General Assembly, so no later than April 16, 2026, in order to ensure proper technical and organizational preparation. 

 

Requests for Agenda Additions 

Requests by Catena-X Association Members to add items to the agenda must be submitted by email to info@catena-x.net at least two weeks before the General Assembly (per section 15.4 of the Articles of Association), so no later than April 9, 2026.
