Association Operations Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin, remote possible

Your Responsibilities:
As an Association Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in managing and coordinating the operational and organizational activities of the association. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management and Organization: Overseeing the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of Executive and Advisory Board meetings, and general assemblies.
- Association Development: Managing the implementation of key association processes and driving the advancement of overarching association structures.
- CRM Management: Establishing, maintaining, and optimizing a member CRM system to streamline administration and communication.
- Member and Community Management: Serving as the primary contact for members, and fostering engagement, building relationships, and maintaining the integrity of online communities.
- Event Management: Organizing member-focused events and supporting the execution of partner collaborations.
Your Profile:
- Education & Experience:
A successful Master’s degree or equivalent qualifications, along with excellent English skills. Experience in association work is an advantage. - Skills:
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, particularly CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and reliability, especially in tasks such as minute-taking and data management.
- Personality:
A proactive attitude, dedication, and enthusiasm for collaborating with different stakeholders

2 student positions for communication and events (m/f/d)
Duties (the two positions can share the work)
- Research
- Writing texts
- Translating documents using translation software and preparing them for publication (if necessary with the help of tools or a design agency)
- Attending meetings and write upü protocols
- Helping to organize and execute events
- Maintaining social media channels
- Structuring and maintaining the website (WordPress). If you don't have any knowledge of this, a willingness to learn or at least to specify the structure of the website and the texts
- Assistance with stakeholder and community management
- Assistance with member acquisition
- Maintaining contacts with other projects and data spaces
- Other or additional tasks are also possible by arrangement
QUALIFICATIONS
- You are studying, communication, social science or another subject in which texts and communication play an important role
- Very good German and English language skills
- Experience in public relations a plus
- Structured way of working
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Willingness to learn
- Organizational skills, initiative, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- At best, knowledge of WordPress or the willingness to quickly and independently acquire knowledge of these
- An interest in Industry 4.0 and data rooms is also desirable, but not an absolute requirement.

DevSecOpsEngineer (m/w/d)
TASKS
As a DevSecOps Engineer at Catena-X e.V., you are responsible for all tasks related to building, updating and automating a robust and flexible test infrastructure for the Catena-X basic services.
- You will manage the development of tools for test planning and execution. This includes, for example, the setup, integration and continuous adaptation of
- Test management software in the development process, coordination of test scenarios and cases based on the requirements for comprehensive integration tests, and the creation of test reports.
- In addition, you will be responsible for setting up and automating a multi-level test infrastructure. To ensure seamless delivery of services and products as well as smooth DevSecOps operations, a multi-level test infrastructure is to be set up.
- Your responsibilities will also include setting up CI/CD and security tools that can host automated test scenarios and DevSecOps operations. This includes, for example, setting up continuous adaptation of Continuous Integration / Deployment tools (CI/CD) and security tools to facilitate automated test scenarios and DevSecOps operations. In addition, status dashboards must be implemented for each environment.
- Last but not least, you will be responsible for the (further) development of the test data generator for the creation of synthetic test data for selected use cases.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree, preferably in the fields of business informatics, business administration, computer science, engineering or a comparable course of study, as well as at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in software development, preferably in the area of Java and frameworks or in the open source area.
- extensive knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and other orchestration tools, familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI or similar tools and experience with Ansible, Terraform, Puppet or Chef
- expertise in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud; DevOps-specific certifications such as Kubernetes Administrator, Ansible Certified or similar are a plus
- Ability to create clear and understandable technical documentation, preferably using Restructured Text or Markdown, as well as an understanding of best practices for automating development and deployment processes
- Clear and effective communication with developers, system administrators and non-technical personnel, as well as the ability to work productively in multidisciplinary teams
