Our Board of Management consists of nine high-ranking executives representing the diverse perspectives of the automotive value chain. To establish strong international partnerships, we have changed our articles of association to make room for three more decision makers, to strengthen the representation of international organizations.
Our Advisory Board consists of six senior executives representing the different perspectives of the automotive value chain and relevant stakeholders. To build strong international partnerships, we also amended our articles of the association to give seats to four more opinion leaders to strengthen the representation of international organizations.
“A global collaboration is the foundation for Catena-X. We need to improve synergies between companies in different countries to ensure complete data chains. With close partners, we can leverage the potential of Catena-X in every region. And this will lead us to develop a global community who will contribute to the international network”, says Frank Göller, member of the Board Catena-X e. These changes will become effective in May 2023 with the reelection of our board seats.
