Customer Involvement creates added value - for you and for Catena-X

The team Customer Involvement deals with the requirements and needs of the end users of Catena-X. To make Catena-X as accessible as possible, we want to learn about the needs and challenges of future customers in the early development phase. The goal is to better understand your perspective in order to target our solutions to your requirements.

To get to know you and your company, we have therefore launched the Customer Panel.

Customer Panel – Your opportunity to contribute

Would you like to provide your expertise in the development of Catena-X? Then we would be very happy to welcome YOU to the Customer Panel.

We invite the members of the panel to topic-specific feedback sessions. Our products go through various phases in the project, developing from ideas and concepts to initial design studies and customer solutions. In doing so, we want to regularly check the quality and benefits of the customer solutions from the customer's point of view by involving future end users in all phases of development. This can take the form of surveys, bilateral interviews, panel presentations or test events, for example.

Who we are currently looking for

A large majority of the companies in the automotive value chain are small and medium-sized enterprises and, due to their size, have needs that are different from large companies. These companies will play a crucial role in the success of Catena-X, which is why we are particularly keen to better understand and take into account their requirements. Do you count your company as a small or medium-sized enterprise in the automotive industry? Then we would be particularly pleased if you would get in touch with us!

Your benefits as a Customer Panel member

Members of the Customer Panel can contribute their perspective to the respective development phase and thus actively shape the future Catena-X customer solutions according to their ideas.

Participation in the Feedback Sessions is of course completely voluntary and should not take more than two hours per month. Transparency is important to us, so members of the Customer Panel will of course receive timely feedback on whether and how their feedback has been implemented.

Use the Customer Panel to expand your network and connect with other participating partners. You will get exclusive insights into the innovative topics we are working on and will be able to use Catena-X customer solutions earlier by participating in the feedback sessions.
